Hiring Radar
Who's hiring, and what they pay
When a company raises money, it hires. We read the job boards of newly funded and fast-growing companies and show their open roles and the pay ranges they publish in their own ads.

How Hiring Radar works
Every figure comes from the company itself: its public job board for roles and published pay ranges, and its own announcement (or its lead investor's) for funding. We never estimate a company's pay. Each page shows the date we read the board and is refreshed while the company is hiring. Pay ranges are base pay as posted; equity and bonuses come on top. For what a job pays across the market, see our salary pages, built on official statistics.
