Yes, Pigment is hiring across Europe and North America, and about a quarter of its open roles
publish a pay range. Pigment makes business planning software: finance, sales and supply chain
teams use it to build plans and forecasts, increasingly with AI agents doing the modelling. On 21
October 2026 it announced a $250 million Series E at a $2.3 billion valuation, led by the Scaleup
Europe Fund managed by EQT, with WIL and existing investors Greenoaks, ICONIQ, IVP and Meritech
taking part and a planned investment from NVIDIA. Pigment says it passed $100 million in annual
recurring revenue this year, roughly double the year before, and that the money will go into its
compute engine, a bigger engineering team and growth in new regions.
Paris has the most open roles, followed by London, New York, Toronto, Frankfurt and Austin. Most
of the ranges Pigment publishes are for its Paris engineering team and its North American roles, so
