Yes, Vinci is hiring, and it posts a pay range on all but two of its open roles. Vinci builds
simulation software for hardware engineers: its platform, which it calls Continuous Physics
Reasoning, predicts how a design will behave thermally and mechanically while it is still being
designed, starting with semiconductors. On 6 October 2026 it announced a $250 million Series B at a
$1.5 billion valuation, co-led by Advent, Temasek and Xora, with AMD Ventures, Eclipse, Khosla
Ventures and Madrona taking part. The release says the money will extend the platform to more
physics and more industries, from memory and advanced computing to vehicles, aircraft and
satellites.
Engineering roles are almost all at the Palo Alto headquarters. The go-to-market team hires thermal
and thermo-mechanical engineers who work with customers near the big chip centres: Munich,
Paris and Grenoble, Leuven, Singapore, Taiwan and South Korea. Vinci posts some European roles in
euros and others in US dollars, and we show each as posted. Several sales ads give one range in the
pay field and an on-target figure in the text; we show the pay field’s range, mark it OTE and leave
it out of the base pay figures.
Yearly pay ranges in USD from Vinci's job ads. "Typical" is the median midpoint of the posted
ranges in that team. Equity, bonuses and benefits are not included.
Teams marked * include ranges the ads give as on-target earnings (base plus commission). Ranges in other currencies (EUR) are in the full list below.

How Vinci's posted pay compares with the US market
Roles whose title clearly belongs to an official occupation (for example software engineers, which the
US classification counts as software developers), set against the national pay for that occupation
from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (May 2025, all employers and locations). Base pay ranges for US
roles only, shown where at least three Vinci roles match.

How we built this page
We read Vinci's public job board on 27 October 2026 and counted every open role. Pay figures are
the ranges Vinci publishes in its own ads (many US states require employers to post them), shown as
written: we never estimate a role's pay. Most ranges are base pay; where an ad says its range is
on-target earnings (base plus commission), we mark it OTE and leave it out of the base pay figures.
Where an ad gives different ranges by location, or one range per job level, we show the lowest to the
highest. Equity, bonuses
and benefits come on top where offered. Roles change daily, so check the careers page before applying. We refresh this page
regularly while Vinci is hiring; national figures come from the
same official sources as our salary pages.
